Pengaruh Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Evaluasi Anggaran, Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Desentralisasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparat Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Empiris Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Kampar)
This research aims to examine the clarity of budget targets, budget evaluation, organizational commitment, leadership style and decentralization on the performance of Regional Government Officials in the Kampar Regency Regional Apparatus Organization. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research is the Regional Apparatus Organizations in Kampar Regency, totaling 30 Organizations. The sample in Kampar Regency Government Services and Agencies amounted to 25 OPDs by taking 3 respondents in each Organizations with a total of 75 respondents using the criteria: 1) Head of Budget User, Budget User Authorization Officer and Budget Technical Implementation Officer; and 2) Echelon III and IV officials in Organizations or have served for at least 1 year or more. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results found that clarity of budget targets, budget evaluation, leadership style and decentralization influence the performance of government officials in the Kampar Regency Organizations. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no effect on the performance of government officials in the Kampar Regency Organizations. As much as 61.3% of the performance of government officials in the Kampar Regency Organizations is influenced by the independent variables used.
