Keterampilan Vokasional Home Industry Jamu Kesehatan di Desa Sibuak Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
The purpose of this study was to determine the skills of home industry workers in herbal medicine in Sibuak Village, Tapung Kampar District in producing herbal medicine. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation, and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were four people as key informants, informants in this study acted as sources of data and information regarding the vocational skills of the herbal medicine home industry in Sibuak Village, Tampan District, Kampar Regency. The findings of this study indicate that this home industry has been a hereditary business since 1987 and is now continued by his son. The amount of time needed to complete the process varies based on the volume of materials to be processed. Mrs. Yanti's family runs this herbal medicine business, and the materials used come from their own garden or by purchasing materials that are not grown in the garden. The making of this herbal medicine is usually done three times a week. Plastic bottles will be used to package the herbal medicine, but bottles provided by customers or those that have been cleaned beforehand will be used for personal orders. Herbal medicine is promoted by going around, selling at the market or for personal orders, and utilizing social media or word of mouth marketing.
