Efektivitas Kerja Kader Posyandu Di Dusun III Ujung Padang Desa Kuapan Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar

This research was motivated by the discovery of a phenomenon or symptom in the form of a lack of community participation in organizing posyandu activities. This can be clearly seen from the small number of newborns being examined at the Dusun III Ujung Padang posyandu. Temporary data on the number of children aged 0-5 years in Ujung Padang III Village is 17 active children and 28 inactive children, so the total is 62 children. The aim is to find out and describe the performance of Posyandu officers in Hamlet III Ujung Padang, Kuapan Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Through research we found that the work of the Posyandu in Hamlet III Ujung Padang was quite effective and had a good impact, because during the work process, the Posyandu officers in Hamlet III Ujung Padang showed a sense of responsibility and did their work well.
