many ways the companies do for promote their product in order to costumer
attantion. One of the promote ways by advertisment on televisons. Television as
an audio visual media has high of persuasif power which is influeced the society.
Any of innovation done by companies to produce the creative commercial, one of
them is celebrity endorser. The survey is for to find out process of brand image
constructions of “Blueberry” product comercials and find out the influencing
factors.
The survey are done on SMAN 7 envirintment for one month Juni 2012-
July 2012, the survey us the qualitative desciptive methode with data collection
technique observation and interview. Data analisys technique us the Miles and
Huberman data analisys methode. Which data’s was gotten and prodused to
reduction process. In order to get a public conduction.
The survey result show that the brand image construction of “Blueberry”
commercial begin with stimulus by televison commercial the go to the perceptioncognition-
motivation-attitude-process while person acept the stimulus. The
perception is a meaning process of to “Blueberry” commercial, then go to
stimulus accepting because the information is able to full fill the individual
cognition, a person will motivated to use or unuse that product which is
continued to the attitude on it her/him self, as this problem cause there is no
attitude noverent signed by the purchase and application “Blueberry” product.
By this survey we will see that informan is one of negative image category. There
some points which are influeced this brand image construction process, such as
celebrity endoser, brand, commercial view frequent, information and society the
influencing.
