Pengaruh Iklim Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan (Kasus Bagian Produksi Pengolahan CPO PT. Asmj Kuansing)

Abstract: this research goes from the problems of low productivity of the employee section of the produktion processing of CPO.PT. ASMJ Kuansing, indicated by no produktion targets that have been set and the prence of an undiscplined employee work rules set out agains the company. As for the purpose of this research is to know the working climate and employee morale as well as the influence of the climate work towards improving employee morale the production processing of CPO in PT. ASMJ Kuansin. This research analyzes the by using a descriptive quantitative analysis and to answer hypotesees have been proposed to do statistical analysis using simple linear regression. Results of the study cocluded that the granting of incentives overall judget to have good and overal employee morale was judged good enough. Based on the results of analysis through statistical analysis can note that the independent variables (Climate) have and influence on the dependent variables are (Employe Work) give a positive and significant effect on the dependent variabele (employee morale). In free variables more fixed then variables will cause to be bound.
