Pertentangan Marhaenisme Sebagai Marxisme pada Masa Demokrasi Terpimpin (Studi Tentang Konflik Politik Pni/Front Marhaenis Tahun 1960-1967)

Indonesian National Party Front Marhaenis is the largest political
party in the Old Order experiencing internal conflict during the Demokrasi
Terpimpin The conflict began when the group wants to formulate
Sastroamidjojo "Marhaenism Doctrine" in accordance with the wishes of
Bung Karno, namely Marhaenism as Marxism. Some party leaders like
Osa Maliki and Hardi suspicious of the orientation group Sastroamidjojo
considered leftist ideology seems so close and follow the PKI. Conflict
strengthened after hearing Congress Working Committee (BPK) in 1964
Lembang. At that hearing, PNI legitimately claim that Marhaenism is
Marxism. After that, there was the dismissal of several party leaders who
rejected the existence of interpretation Marhaenism such as Marxism, and
they are "labeled" as "MarhaenisGadungan", including Hardi, Hadisubeno,
Osa Maliki, and Isnaeni.
This study aims to analyze Marhaenism as Marxism and find
answers cause assertion Marhaenism as Marxism into a political conflict
PNI / Front Marhaenis during the Demokrasi Terpimpin. The method used
is the method of historical research (Historical) by using four stages,
namely heuristics, verification, Interpretation and Historiography. While this
study is a form of Library Research.
Based on these results, it was revealed that Marhaenism as
Marxism does have an attachment, both in terms of the formulation as well
as the history of its development. The assertion Marhaenism as Marxism
into conflicts caused by several things, namely the founding figures of PNI
after for independence was not entirely political Islamists Bung Karno,
post-independence PNI is a combination of several organizations that
moment that have ideological differences, PNI Demokrasi Terpimpin era
dominated by two groups, ie Radical Nationalism and Islam (Modernist)
are ideologically opposed, Komunisphobia existence at that time, as well
as the level of ambivalence Marhaenism theory and practice also lead to
different interpretations among his followers, especially in the Internal PNI.
