Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Citra Perusahaandan Loyalitas Nasabah Studi Kasus Pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri
Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty In Bank Riau Riau Islands, Thesis. Graduate Program, University of Riau. This study aimed to analyze the quality of service and product innovation toward corporate image and customer loyalty at PT. Bank Riau Riau Islands. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The study population was all customers of PT. Bank Riau Riau Islands who have savings, current accounts or deposits of more than 1 year and a minimum balance of 10.000.000. The sample in this study was obtained 196 people. Data were analyzed using SEM analysis. The calculations show that the quality of service has a direct effect significant and positive impact on Corporate Image, Product Innovation has a significant direct effect and positive impact on Corporate Image, Quality of Service has a direct effect significant and positive impact on Customer Loyalty, Product Innovation has a significant direct effect and positive impact on Customer Loyalty, and Corporate Image has a direct influence significant and positive impact on the Customer Loyalty.
