The problem of this study is the lack of ability to lob badminton athletes PB. Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru. The predicted shortage of Power Burst Arm muscles that influence it, this study aims to look at the relationship with the Power Burst Arm Muscles Athletes Badminton Lob PB. Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru.
The present study is correlational is to determine whether the relationship between variables. The population in this study is a badminton athlete PB. Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru, Son of 10 people were executed in PB. Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru with using total sampling technique. Place of research was conducted in Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru, research instrument Explosive Muscle Power Sleeve with medicine ball, while the Lob ball by entering into baselen. The data obtained were analyzed using product moment correlation.
Based on the sampling of this study only found that there is a relationship between muscle power arm with a lob explosive athlete badminton PB. Purwodadi Indah Pekanbaru obtained rhitung = 0. 70 7 > rtabel = 0, 632. Performed to determine the significance of the distribution of t, where there is a significant relationship thitung (2.337) > ttabel (1.860). It can be concluded that the better the explosive power of a person's arm and shoulder muscles, the better a results lob which is derived without ignoring other factors that can support lob skills.
