Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat
The purpose of this study was to analyzed the extent of the influence of the compensation, and oversight of the work environment on the morale PT.Tirta Sari surya rengat.
While the techniques of data analysis in this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive method with the help of SPSS (statistical package of social science).
Based on analysis of the data found that compensation, work environment and control a significant effect on employee morale in the production of Surya Sari PT.Tirta Rengat. The third independent variable was the dominand influenced either partially nor simultaneously on employee morale at PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.
Based on these results the authors to suggest for the company to pay attention to the success of compensation such as wages / salaries, incentives, benefits, social security, leave, and provide rewards to employees who are competent, and can create a working atmosphere convenient factor other support that must be considered the company is working environments such as work climate, workplace hygiene, scientific equipment adequate work, work area atmosphere, as well as oversight of the work such as setting a standard size job, measurement implementation, the implementation of standards and benchmarking analysis of deviations, and taking corrective action in order to employees are more eager to carry out the work in order to realize a positive productivity PT.Tirtasarisuryarengat .
