Komponen Keragaman Sifat-Sifat Yang Berhubungan Dengan Ketahanan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max L. Merril) Terhadap Penggerek Polong Kedelai Etiella Zinckenella Treitschke (Lepidoptera : Pyralidae)
The study aims to determine the components of diversity and heritability of various characters associated with resistance to soybean pod borer Etiella zinckenella Treitschke. In addition, the study also aims to determine the elders that can be used to develop varieties resistant to pod borer. The research was conducted at the Center for Integrated Parent Seed Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu, Province of Riau, from November 2014 until February 2015. The design in the field using a randomized block design consisted of six soybean genotypes with three replications, in order to obtain 18 units experiment. The genotypes used were the varieties Wilis, Gema, Kaba and Grobogan and strains of KM 19 and KM 25. The data were analyzed using ANOVA then tested further using Duncan new multiple range test at 5% level. The results showed that all parameters were observed to have a relatively narrow genetic diversity. Phenotype variability narrow valuable for pest numbers per plant, percentage of infected pods and weight of 100 seed dry, and is worth quite spacious for the percentage of infected seeds, number of pods pithy, number of seeds per plant, and yield per m2. Parameters that have a high heritability values indicated by the percentage of infected pods, the percentage of infected seeds, number of pods pithy, number of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seed dry, while the number of pests per plant and yield per m2 have a low heritability. Genotype Willis and KM 19 has good resistance against soybean pod borer
