Efektivitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Dan Penanaman Modal (KP2TPM) Kota Pariaman
The effectiveness of the service is the ability to perform the duties and functions of the public service of an organization that there is no pressure or tension between implementation. All the people who get the service would want a service that is effective especially in the service of the Office of Integrated Licensing Services and Investment ( KP2TPM ) in Pariaman.
The research aimed is to determine the effectiveness of services in the Office of Integrated Licensing Services and Investment ( KP2TPM ) in Pariaman. According to Duncan , there are three criteria for measuring the effectiveness is achievement , integration , and adaptation . While the factors that influence the effectiveness of service is leadership , personnel resources , public awareness and facilities . This study uses descriptive qualitative research method of analysis seeks to provide a detailed description based on the data that was collected in the field , then the presentation of data can describe the results of interviews and observations will then be deduced .
The results of this study indicate that the integrated licensing service offices and investment (KP2TPM) have been effective in providing services to the public although there are still limitations such as kuranngnya number of employees working in KP2TPM . Nevertheless , KP2TPM still provide maximum service to the community so that people get satisfaction in the service.
