Pemberian Pupuk Kompos Dan Npk Pada Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Di Pre Nursery

This Research have purpose to know the effect on giving compost fertilizer and NPK to growth of palm oil plant (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in pre nursey. Research was done at Garden Kamboja street, Simpang Baru, Panam, Pekanbaru. Research conducted for 4 months from November 2015-March 2016. This research was conducted in factorial experiment by arranged of completely randomized design (CRD) that consist of two factors and three replications, the first factor is compost fertilizer which consist of three levels, they are without compost, rice straw compost + market trash + mos + additional and empty palm oil bunches compost (TKKS)+ restaurant trash + mos + additional. The second factor is the NPK fertilizer which consist of three levels that are without NPK fertilizer, NPK 1.25 g ml-50/seed and 2.5 g ml-50/seed. The results showed that addition of rice straw compost + market trash + mos + additional and NPK 2.5 g ml-50/seed generating seedling height is 26.08 cm (up 30.4 % ), hump diameter of 1.35 cm and 6.26 ml root volume and TKKS + restaurant trash + mos + additional and NPK 2.5 g ml-50/seed generate high seedlings 25.73 cm (Up 28.65 % ), hump diameter of 1.20 cm and 5.73 ml root volume.
