Pengaruh Partisipasi Karyawan, Pengembangan Karier, Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Quality Of Work Life Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Bank Bri Syariah Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determinine the effect of Employee Participation, Career Development, ang Communication on Employee Performance through the Quality of Work Life as an intervening variable in PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Pekanbaru. The research population were 134 Staffs of Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Pekanbaru. Research samples were 100 of the population, taken by probability, using Purposive Stratified Random Sampling technique, based on the work function of employees in order to obtain a representative sample. Data analysis was intended to find out the correlation between independent variable (x), namely employee participation, career development, and communication and dependent variable (Y) i.e, quality of work life and employe performance of the staff of Bank BRI Syariah branch office Pekanbaru. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis with computer program SPSS version 21.0. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research variables, while method used path analysis to see how the relationship either directly or indirectly between exogenous and endogenous variables with statistically relevant test. The results showed that a significant relationship that has either directly or indirectly on employee performance variables only communication variable, after Trimming method on the model.
