Quality of services increasingly requaried by Indonesian society, especially in healthcare in hospitals. The variabels used in this study are: operational audit, internal control, and improving the quality of health care. Respondents in this study are hospitals employees and SPI. The samples in this study are 6 hospitals in the province of Riau. The method of determining the sample is by using purposive sampling method, while the data processing methods used by research are the multiple regression and use SPSS version 20.00 as the software for processing the data. The result shows that operational audit and internal controls exist in hospital affect the improvement of health care quality inpatient.
