Pengaruh Job Insecurity, Masa Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Kepuasan Gaji Terhadap Keinginan Berpindah Kerja (Studi Empiris Pada Karyawan Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Pekanbaru, Padang, Dan Medan)
This study was aimed to examine the effects of job insecurity, years of service, organizational commitment and pay satisfaction to turnover intentions. In this studied, data collected by using questionnaires given to auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Pekanbaru, Padang and Medan. From the questionnaires sent many as 100 questionnaires (89%) that can be completed and processed. The data collected to do tests on the quality of data that is test data validity, reliability test data and to do tests on the classical assumption of normality data test and test multicoloniarity heterokedastisitas, methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple regression with SPSS version 17. The results of this study showed that the job insecurity, years of service, organizational commitment and pay satisfaction affecst to the turnover intentions. The Job Insecurity showed constanta value 0,104, it accepted first hypotesis. Years of service showed constanta value 0,017, it accepted second hypotesis. Organizational commitment showed constanta value 0,098, it accepted third hypotesis. Pay Satisfaction showed constanta value 0,159, it accepted fourth hypotesis. With a total value of R2 square equal to 0,253 or 25,3% which mean that the independent variable in this study could affect the dependent variable, while the rest 74,7% is explainede by other variables not included in this study.
