Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kompensasi Finansial, Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Profesionalisme Terhadap Kinerja Pemeriksa Pajak (Studi Pada Pemeriksa Pajak Di Kpp Madya Pekanbaru, Kpp Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan, Kpp Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan)
This research aims to determine the Effect of Work Experience, Job Stress, Financial Compensation, Work Environment, Leadership Style and Professionalism to the Performance of Tax Inspector. The population used in this study are tax employees who have a position as a tax inspector that works in KPP Madya Pekanbaru, KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan and KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan. About 54 tax inspectors is obtained as sample and it was determined by non-probability sampling method. This research used methods of primary data collection by distributing questionnaire throughout respondent in order to gain the insights. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression model with SPSS version 22.0 software. Independent variable in this research is Work Experience, Working Stress, Financial Compensation, Work Environment, Leadership Style and Professionalism is measured by using likert scale. From the test result that has been done with partial regression test (t test) shows that independent variable that is work experience, work stress, financial compensation, work environment, leadership style and professionalism have significant effect to tax examiner performance. Based on the total results of Adjusted R-square proves that the variables of work experience, work stress, financial compensation, work environment, leadership style and professionalism can affect the performance of tax inspectors by 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other variables that are not done in this research.
