Pengaruh Pemberian Fermentasi Tepung Daun Lemna (Lemna Minor) Dalam Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)

This Research was conducted from Desember 2016 to Februari 2017. The aim of this research was to determine the amount of fermentated Lemna minor leaf meal in diets which effect on growand feed efficiency of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy). This research used completely randomized design (CDR) with one factor, five level threatments and three replications. The fish used in this research with with fish initial average weight of 1.5 g. Fish were reared cages of 1.0x1.0x1.0 (m3) with the stocking density of 25 fish cage. Feeding trials were replacing soybean meal with fermented Lemna minor leaf meal applied to P0 (0:100%) control diet, P1 (10:90%), P2 (15:85%), P3 (20:80%) and P4 (25:75%) for 30% of protein content.
