Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Produk Kain Gorden Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the appropriate alternative strategy to be applied in the development of curtain fabric products in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method that is data that is used is research data sourced from Disperindag Pekanbaru City, the data is collected and then processed into a picture of the problem then in the analysis and compared with scientific theory that will be in discuss at once using SWOT analysis method. The results of the development of curtain cloth products in Pekanbaru City based on IFAS and IFAS matrices note that the strength with a score of 2.19 and weakness with a score of 0.61. While on the opportunity with a score of 2.44 and threat with a score of 0.41. The indicator that becomes the strength in the development of curtain cloth products in Pekanbaru City is the quality of products and prices with a score of 0.60 while the weakness in the development of curtain fabric products in Pekanbaru City is the limitations of own capital with a score of 0.25. Indicators that become an opportunity in the development of curtain cloth products in Pekanbaru City is the use of the internet and the development of a good population with a score of 0.66 while the threat in the development of curtain cloth products in Pekanbaru City is a competition with similar products with a score of 0.16.
