Aktivitas Enzim Hidrolitik Isolat Bakteri Lbkurcc106-125 Yang Diisolasi Dari Bonggol Tanaman Pisang (Musa Sp.) Layu Busuk
ABSTRACT
Banana is one of horticultural crops that has quite high economic value. Indonesia is one of the 50% largest banana producer in Asia and gradually increases. Banana have a lot of nutrients hence the microorganisms are able to grow and attack it to cause a disease called banana wilt disease. The ability of bacteria to grow on the banana stem is most likely because microorganisms have hydrolytic enzymes. The purpose of this research was to know the ability of the bacterial isolated from banana stem that are affected by the disease in producing hydrolytic enzymes such as cellulase, protease, inulinase, amylase and lipase. The method was done by difussion on paper disc, 20 isolates of bacteria were analyzed for their ability to produce hydrolytic enzymes. A total of 20 positive bacterial isolates produce inulinase enzymes and amylase enzymes, 19 positive bacterial isolates produce cellulase enzymes, and none of the isolates produce protease enzymes and lipases.
