Abstract-The Purpose of this study is to optimize inventory planning using Economic Order Quantity and Work In Process method at PT. Hoya Bakery. The type of research in the study includes descriptive quantitative. Informant for the research include manager of factory, and part of management to get the data about real calculation (real) that exist in the production process, to obtained data such as requirement of raw material, and production data. Technical analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis which is the way of research that produces data Descriptive calculations expressed by informants orally and Writingly. The collected data was then studied, researched, and analyzed as a whole. So that will be obtained explanation and drawn the logical conclusion.
