Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Dumai

This study aims to determine the effects of leadership, competence, and work discipline to Employee performance at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Dumai. This research was conducted at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Dumai Office located on Jalan Brigjen HR. Soebrantas Kec.Dumai Timur Kota Dumai. The population of this study all employees of the Badan Pendapatan Kota Dumai which amounted to 88 employess. The research using all members of the population is called total sampling atau census. In this research, there are 4 (four) variabels: employee performance (Y) as dependet variabel and independent vasiabel consist of leadership (X1), competence (X2), and work discipline (X3). The results showed that leadership, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as well as partial leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, competence partially significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline partially significant effect on employee performance of Office employees Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Dumai.
