Metode Bertipe Schroder Berorde Empat Untuk Menemukan Akar Ganda Persamaan Nonlinear

ABSTRACT
In this nal project, a new Schroder-type method to approximate a multiple
root of the nonlinear equations is discussed. The proposed method has fourth
order convergence and requires ve function evaluations per iteration. Through
computational tests it is shown that the discussed method converges faster to
the root compared to several other methods. The results support the theoretical
study of the proposed method.
