This study aims to examine the effect of Communication, Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Work Spirit of employees at PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru.
The population in this study includes all employees of PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru. which numbered 66 people. Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS program.
The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (66 employees at PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru.) The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of communication on employee morale, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee morale, 3) there was a positive and significant influence of discipline on employee morale, 4) there were positive and significant influence of communication, motivation, and discipline on employee morale.
