Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Intensi Untuk Melakukan Whistleblowing (Studi Empiris Pada Opd Kabupaten Kampar)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of personal cost on the intention to whistleblowing, 2) the effect of moral intensity on the intention to do whistleblowing, 3) the effect of organizational commitment on the intention to do whistleblowing, 4) the influence of the seriousness of cheating on the intention to whistleblowing. The population in this study are all staff / employees who work in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Kampar Regency. There are 30 DPOs in Kampar Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is information that will be taken from sources that are deliberately chosen based on criteria set by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis processed with SPSS 24. The results of hypothesis testing found that: first, the Personal Cost effect with a significant level of 0.017
