ABSTRACT

This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the Implementation of the Transparency Principle, the Accountable Principle and the Participatory Principle in village financial management in the Villages located in Tapung District and Tapung Hilir District. This type of research is an empirical study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data from interviews, observations and documentation are compared using indicators to find out whether these indicators have been met or not. The results of this study indicate that the management of village government finances in Tapung Sub-District and Tapung Hilir Sub-District are in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountable principles and participatory principles with the fulfillment of all indicators. Even so, there are still some shortcomings and obstacles faced by the village government such as lack of competent human resources, lack of discipline in filling documents, natural weather that can interfere with development activities, and regulations from the central government that can suddenly change.Keywords: Transparent, Accountable, Participatory, Village Financial Management
