This research was conducted in the village of Salo Ganting District of Kampar regency. The purpose of this study was to find out what the background factors Housewife drug use and the impact of what happens to household and social environment of women who use drugs. To obtain the necessary data in this study, the authors collected data directly to the place down the test site and to make observations and conduct in-depth interviews. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The data obtained was processed in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. From the results of the study are that the intrinsic and extrinsic factors in drug use among women in villages Ganting Salo District of Kampar, namely the respondent due to the influence of peers. Respondents then because of the influence of family and neighborhood. In addition to factors Peers and family, Economic factors that most strongly influence drug use among women in villages Ganting districts Salo Kampar regency which has the closest, the reason for those families was the closest because always in touch nearly every day due to have a profession and work together so that the Economy also affect what they do because everything comes from the economy such as the cost of children's education, family meals and others, all of it thanks to the results of working as drug dealers. It was the fifth lead subjects using drugs. Tip: For a family, the family should give more attention to his family members. For Teens in the fight against drugs is Youth should be more cautious in response to the actions of others who came from outside. People should be more concerned about the housewife whose economic difficulties unnoticed So their fate over their welfare so that they do not seek money to the road which is not true. Law enforcement must have the courage to reject the negotiation of suspected drug dealers to manipulate evidence in order to ease the demands on suspected drug dealers. For the informant, the informant should be more open to his family if they have heavy loads and any issues. As small and of any problems can be solved together.
