Pengaruh Terapi Akupresur Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pasien Hemodialisis Dengan Masalah Hipertensi Intradialitik

Registry (IRR) in 2016, as many as 98% of patients with kidney failure underwent
hemodialysis therapy. The number of cases of CRF who were admitted to
hospitals in 2015 in Riau province was more than 1000 cases. Patients with CRF
and undergoing hemodialysis therapy are at risk for the occurrence of intradialytic
hypertension which if left untreated can lead to further complications. The
purpose of this study was to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on blood
pressure in hemodialysis patients with problems with intradialytic hypertension.
The design of this study was Quasy Experiment with the Non-Equivalent Control
Group approach. The population in this study were all routine hemodialic patients
with problems with intradialytic hypertension 45 persons at Awal Bros Hospital
Panam. The study was conducted from August 2018 - January 2019. Samples in
the study were 30 people with each experimental group and control as many as 15
people taken by purposive sampling. Data were collected by administering
acupressure therapy and blood pressure measurements, then processed
computerically and analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results showed
