Implementasi Penggunaan Dana Bos Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 (Studi Kasus Sma Negeri 12 Pekanbaru)

Implementation refers to the implementation of activities that are
formulated through the public policy formulation process. Implementation is the
most important stage in public policy, because the success or failure of policy
formulation can be seen from the implementation process. The technical
guidelines for the allocation and use of BOS funds have been changed, the
Ministry of Education and Culture has changed this policy based on the current
pandemic in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process
of implementing the use of BOS funds at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru during the
COVID-19 pandemic. Changes in the allocation of funds due to the corona virus
outbreak in Indonesia resulted in the learning process being carried out through
online media and also limited face-to-face. The use of BOS funds was changed to
meet school needs during the corona virus pandemic and to prevent the spread of
the corona virus in the school environment. This research is descriptive in nature
with a case study approach and the data required are primary and secondary data
derived from observations, interviews, documentation analyzed by researchers so
as to obtain accurate and clear data regarding the implementation of the use of
funds during the Covid 19 pandemic. shows that the allocation of BOS funds has
not yet been implemented to support limited online and face-to-face learning
conducted in schools and that there are still obstacles in monitoring, coaching, and
reporting the use of BOS funds by schools.
