Pengaruh Penambahan Enzim Bromelin Pada Pakan Terhadap Aktivitas Enzim Pencernaan Dan Kinerja Pertumbuhan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus) Pada Sistem Boster Dengan Resirkulasi Akuaponik

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of adding bromelain enzymes to
feed on digestive enzyme activity and growth performance of asian redtail catfish
(Hemibagrus nemurus) in a booster system with aquaponic recirculation. This
research was conducted on June 28 – August 23, 2021 at the Aquaculture
Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Riau University.
The container used is a bucket with a volume of 100 L and 15 units of paralon
pipe with a stocking density of 56 fish/80L. This study used a one-factor
Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with five treatments and three
replications. The level of treatment applied in this study was P0 = Fermentation
booster 0.45 mL/L and the addition of SOC GDM 0 mL/L, P1 = Addition of
bromelain enzyme 2.5 g/kg, P2 = addition of bromelain enzyme 3.5g/kg, P3 =
addition of enzyme bromelain 4.5g/kg and P4 = addition of enzyme bromelain
5.5g/kg. The results showed that giving bromelain enzyme with different doses
had a significant effect (P
