This research is based on a web series entitled Satan Repentance by Ria Ricis, which was trending in 2020. This study aims to describe the form of language politeness and language politeness scale in web series. This research uses a descriptive method. The data in this study is a language unit which contains elements of language politeness contained in the web series. Data were obtained using documentation techniques. Then, the data were analyzed by identifying and classifying based on the form of language politeness and language politeness scale in the web series dialogue. The data obtained in the study amounted to 52 data, from the results of the study the authors found in this study the form and scale of politeness, namely obedience to the maxim of wisdom which contained eighteen data, the maxim of acceptance contained four data, the maxim of generosity contained six data, and the maxim of humility contained four data. there are six data, the maxim of compatibility has seven data, and the maxim of sympathy has eleven data. In addition, the authors also found a language politeness scale consisting of thirteen data loss and gain scales, six data choice scales, five data indirectness scales, five data authority scales, and two data social distance scales.
