ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing implementation and brand image on customer satisfaction for Indihome at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using accidental sampling technique and using a questionnaire for data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the research instrument through validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that relationship marketing (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), brand image (X2) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), and relationship marketing (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y).
