Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Grand Elite Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru regarding the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee performance at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru.This research involved 52 respondents from 107 populations who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection method in this research was by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents who worked at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru. The criteria for respondents in this study were based on age, gender, position and length of service. Determining the sample size in this study used an accidental sampling technique, which means that the sample was determined by chance or anyone who met the researcher could be used as a sample, then the data was processed and tested using SPSS. So the results obtained show that organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance, then there is a partial influence of career development on employee performance and there is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture and career development on employee performance at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru.
