ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of factors that affect the organic fertilizer industry on BUMDes Rezeki Bersama, Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The theory used in this study is a theory related to demand factors, namely the Theory of Demand. The approach method used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Where primary data is obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. While secondary data is obtained through government agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency of Kampar Regency. The population and sample in this study were 38 oil palm farmers. Sampling in this study used the simple random sampling formula. The data collection technique used in this study was field research, namely research by conducting a direct review of the organic fertilizer industry in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26.0 program facility.

The results of data analysis show that the R^2 value is 0.584, which means that the demand value as a related variable can be explained by the variable price of the goods themselves, the price of other goods and the income of oil palm farmers by 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. t count 3,742 is greater than the t-table value of 2,032 and is significant, it can be said that the variable of oil palm farmers' income has a very high and significant influence on the demand for organic fertilizer in BUMDes Rezeki Bersama, Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency.
