This study aims to determine the level of risk of manual handling and musculoskeletal complaints on production workers at CV. Berkat Saudara Beton. The population and sample in this study included 15 production workers using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The research method used was the LMM Key Indicator (Leitmerk Mal Methode) to determine the level of risk of manual handling and the NBM (Nordic Body Map) method to determine the level of musculoskeletal complaints on workers. The results showed that there was a high risk of manual handling on workers where the results of the manual handling checklist questionnaire results were 54%. Based on the LMM key indicator method (Leitmerk Mal Methode) where the final score was 37.6 which is a fairly high score in the score assessment, which is at the final score level 3 in the range of 25-
