ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the level of mental workload using the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) method and physical workload using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method in workers of CV. Berkat Saudara Beton. This research method is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Workload experienced by precast concrete production workers out of 15 workers there are 9 workers who fall into the medium category, namely Mr. Usman with %CVL of 37, 29%, Narwan with %CVL 36.65%, Fadri with %CVL 35.47%, Pakjian with %CVL 34.85%, Jefri with %CVL 33.66%, Marchel with %CVL 33.54%, Dayat with %CVL 32.43%, Wirman with %CVL 30.80%, and Rendi with %CVL 30.55%. Meanwhile, 6 other workers fell into the light category, namely Mr. Alfin with %CVL 29.57%, Revan with %CVL 28.47%, Juli with %CVL 24.04%, Andi with %CVL 22.29%, Adit with %CVL 20.79%, and Doni with %CVL 20.09%. The Mental Workload experienced by workers is in the moderately agree category, namely 40.25%, which means that workers moderately agree to experience mental workload but do not interfere with their work activities.
