Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use Dan Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Continuance Intention Melalui Satisfaction Pada Generasi Z Pengguna Qris Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT




This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention through Satisfaction in generation Z QRIS users in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were QRIS users. The sample in this study amounted to 119 using purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the research results. To test the hypothesis in this study is to use SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS
3.0 program.

The results showed that: 1) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City, 2) Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City. 3) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City. 4) Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City. 5) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City. 6) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City through Satisfaction. 7) Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention of Generation Z QRIS Users in Pekanbaru City through Satisfaction.
