Pengaruh vermikompos dan Trichoderma sp. terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L.)
The low productivity of soybeans in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province, is due to suboptimal cultivation techniques and a decrease in nutrient levels in the soil. Applying balanced fertilization is one of the appropriate cultivation techniques for increasing the nutrient content of the soil and providing nutrients for soybean plants. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the interaction of vermicompost and Trichoderma sp., vermicompost factors, Trichoderma sp. factors, and the best fertilizer dosage on increasing the growth and production of soybean plants. This research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) in 4 x 2 factorial form to obtain 8 combinations with 3 replications. Each experimental unit contained 12 plants so the total population was 288 plants with a land size of 12.5 m x 6.5 m. The results of research conducted on 288 plant populations showed that the combination of vermicompost and Trichoderma sp. influence in increasing the growth and
production of soybean plants. The best treatment combination occurred when administering vermicompost at a dose of 12 t.ha-1 and Trichoderma sp. with a dose of 10 ml. This can be seen through an increase in the parameters of effective root nodule weight, effective root nodule percentage, plant height, flowering age,
number of primary branches, harvest age, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, and seed weight per plant.
