Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan, Penggunaan E-Commerce Dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Umkm (Studi Empiris Umkm Di Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study investigates the impact of financial literacy, financial inclusion, ecommerce
utilization, and human resource competencies on the performance of
MSMEs. The research was conducted with a sample of 394 MSME owners, using
primary data collected through structured questionnaires in Pekanbaru City, Riau
Province. The relationships and influences among the variables were analyzed using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of Smart PLS 4 software. The
results indicate that all four independent variables—financial literacy, financial
inclusion, e-commerce usage, and human resource competencies—positively and
significantly affect MSME performance. Enhanced financial literacy improves the
ability to manage financial resources effectively, which contributes to better business
outcomes. Financial inclusion facilitates broader access to essential financial
services, such as credit facilities, fostering MSME growth. The adoption of ecommerce
enables businesses to reach wider markets and improve operational
efficiency. Moreover, human resource competencies play a pivotal role in enhancing
managerial capabilities and strategic decision-making processes, further driving
business success. This research emphasizes the critical role of these factors in
strengthening MSME performance and highlights the importance of advancing
financial literacy, expanding inclusive financial access, promoting digital adoption,
and improving human resource quality to ensure the long-term sustainability and
competitiveness of MSMEs.
