ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Village Apparatus Competence, Community Participation, Use of Information Technology and Leadership on Accountability in Village Fund Management in Saipar Dolok Hole District and Angkola Muara Tais District. This research is quantitative research and the type of data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study was all 12 villages in Saipar Dolok Hole District and 13 villages in Angkola Muara Tais District with a total population of 25 villages. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria, namely, Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance and BPD so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The influence between variables was tested using descriptive statistical analysis and test tools using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.
The results of this research indicate that the independent variable Village Apparatus Competence has no influence on the dependent variable Village Fund Management Accountability. However, the independent variables Community Participation, Use of Information Technology and Leadership have an influence on the dependent variable Village Fund Management Accountability.
