ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of accounting information systems (AIS), the use of information technology (IT) and human resource (HR) competencies on the performance of MSMEs. The number of samples used in this research was 100 MSMEs. And the type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire used to obtain data on MSMEs in Rokan Hulu district, Riau Province. The data analysis technique in this research uses the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (T test) and coefficient of determination. The statistical test tool uses the SPSS 25.0 software program. The research results show that the independent variable implementation of the accounting information system has an effect on MSME performance, the use of information technology has no effect on MSME performance and human resource competence has an effect on MSME performance.
