Penambahan Enzim Papain Pada Pakan Pasta Dengan Dosis Dan Waktu Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Jelawat (Leptobarbus Hoevenii)
Jelawat fish ( Leptobarbus hoevenii ) is one of the native fish of Indonesia with high economic value , where the high selling price is a potential for cultivation activities and this fish has a large size and meat taste that meets the taste of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of adding papain enzyme to pasta feed with different doses and times on the growth and survival of jelawat fish larvae. The method used is a completely randomized design (CRD) Factorial with 2 factors, namely: the first factor is the enzyme dose (0, 10g, 20g, 30g) and the second factor is the time of administration (day 7 and day 10), each repeated 3 times. The parameters measured were absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, specific growth rate, survival and water quality.
