Pengaruh Sistem Resirkulasi Menggunakan Biofilter Kijing Taiwan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Betok (Anabas Testudineus) Dengan Padat Tebar Berbeda
This study aims to get the best stocking density of Climbing perch reared with a recirculation system using taiwanese mackerel biofilters. The method used was a 1-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experiment, 5 levels of treatment and 3 replications, so that the experiment set amounted to 15 units. The treatments were P1 (48 fish/80 L), P2 (52 fish/80 L), P3 (56 fish/80 L), P4 (60 fish/80 L) and P5 (64 fish/80 L). Fish were reared for 56 days with a feeding frequency of 3 times a day using ad satiation with a feeding frequency of 3 times. The results showed that the best stocking density was obtained in P3 (56 fish/80 L) which resulted in an absolute weight of 5.25 g, absolute length of 4.27 cm, specific growth rate of 1.72%, FCR value of 2.29, feed efficiency of 43.77% and blood glucose of 60.66 mg/dl, based on the results of this study it can be seen that there is an effect of stocking density on the growth of Climbing pearch with a recirculation system using taiwan mussel biofilters.
