Keywords: Influence, Environmental Knowledge, Environmental Attitude of Students This research is motivated by questions about the environment, where everyone is responsible, especially students as agents of change and control. Factors that shape environmental attitudes include the knowledge that a person must have about their environment, the way they think, and the education they receive about their environment, all of which influence a person's views and final results. This study aims to determine whether environmental knowledge influences the environmental attitudes of Riau University students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental knowledge on the environmental care attitude of students at the University of Riau. The benefits of this study are expected to be useful in improving and realizing the political orientation of students at the University of Riau better and useful as a reference or literature material for further researchers. The research method used is quantitative. Quantitative research method is an approach used in research using a scientific system in connecting various substances or parts in it. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with 21 statements. The population in this study were all active students of Riau University. Issac & Michael's sample determination with a level of 10% so that the number of samples was 268 respondents. Based on the data analysis in this study, it was obtained: there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of Environmental Knowledge and
Environmental Concern Attitude. Where it shows that the value of f count 174,469 ≥ f table 3.88 and a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that simultaneously Environmental Knowledge (X) has a significant effect on the Environmental Concern Attitude (Y) of Riau University Students. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination test of the influence of environmental knowledge (x) on environmental concern attitudes (y) are 39.6% while 60.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
