Pengaruh Belanja Daerah, Rencana Investasi, Dan Pdrb Terhadap Pads Di Kabupaten Siak
ABSTRACT
Regional spending, investment plans and GRDP are factors that contribute
to the formation of PADS so that it can encourage regional economic growth. The
aim of this research is to determine the influence of regional spending, investment
plans and GRDP on PADS in Siak Regency. These three factors have a significant
role in creating and strengthening regional economic competitiveness, as well as
supporting sustainable development.
This research uses a quantitative analysis method in the form of the Multiple
Linear Regression method and in its analysis uses the SPSS26 program. This
research uses time series data covering the period 2013 to 2023, which provides an
overview of trends and changes in regional spending, investment plans, GRDP and
PADS over the last ten years. The selection of time series data makes it possible to
analyze changes over time and understand the relationships between variables over
a longer period.
The results of this research show that regional spending variables have a
positive and significant effect on PADS in Siak Regency. This shows that if regional
spending in Siak Regency increases it will increase PADS in Siak Regency.
However, the investment plan did not have a significant effect on PADS in Siak
Regency. This means that the decline or increase in investment plans has no
influence on PADS in Siak Regency. Then GRDP has a positive and significant
effect on PADS in Siak Regency. If GRDP increases, PADS will increase in Siak
Regency, and vice versa, if GRDP decreases, PADS will also decrease in Siak
Regency. The benefit of this research for the Siak Regency government to formulate
regional financial management strategies and development planning. By
understanding that regional spending and GRDP have a significant impact on
PADS, it is hoped that the government can be more careful in managing regional
spending budget allocations and encouraging economic sectors that can increase
GRDP.
