Kepuasan Pekebun Plasma Terhadap Pelayanan Koperasi Pada Pelaksanaan Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat (Studi Kasus Di Kud Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)
              ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the characteristics of farmers, analyze the
perception of farmers towards services, and analyze the satisfaction of farmers
with the services of KUD Makarti Jaya in Kumain Village, Tandun District,
Rokan Hulu Regency. Sampling was done using a simple random sampling
method with random selection. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis,
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
The results of the study showed that based on the results of the Importance
Performance Analysis (IPA), the variables with the highest scores were physical
evidence (tangibles) and assurance (assurance). Based on the results of the
calculation of smallholder satisfaction with the services of KUD Makarti Jaya in
oil palm replanting, it can be seen that the value of the customer satisfaction index
(CSI) is 88.09% or 0.88. So it can be said that in general, the satisfaction index of
smallholders for the indicators tested is on the criteria of being very satisfied.
