Analisis Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram Untuk Pengembangan Usaha Papan Bunga Bening Florist Di Kelurahan Air Dingin Kota Pekanbaru
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the utilization of Instagram as a social media platform in the development of the flower board business "Bening Florist" located in Air Dingin Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with the business owner. The findings reveal that Instagram plays a significant role as a visual promotional tool, a means of interactive communication with customers, and a way to expand market reach. Features such as feed, stories, reels, and direct messages are utilized to build brand identity and increase product visibility. The data shows a notable increase in orders and revenue since using Instagram, although challenges remain in mastering digital features and competing with similar businesses. In conclusion, consistent and strategic use of Instagram has had a positive impact on the growth of Bening Florist and can serve as an effective digital marketing practice model for local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
