Pengaruh Gaya Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia Di Kelas X Sma Negeri 15 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles and learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class X students in chemistry subjects, both partially and simultaneously at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The data collection methods in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The validated interpersonal communication skills and self-confidence questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 154 students selected through simple random sampling techniques. Chemistry learning outcome data were collected through documentation. The analysis used in this study was simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) there was no positive and significant effect between learning styles on chemistry learning outcomes, (2) there was a positive and significant effect between learning discipline on chemistry learning outcomes, and (3) there was a positive and significant effect simultaneously between learning styles and learning discipline on chemistry learning outcomes.
