Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Kopi Janji Jiwa Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of Janji Jiwa coffee in Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were all customers who had ever purchased Janji Jiwa coffee products. Sample selection was based on non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. So that the sample in this study was 114 respondents. . and the analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique to test the hypothesis. The results showed that price, product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction had a direct effect on Janji Jiwa coffee customer loyalty. Price did not have a direct effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality had a direct effect on customer satisfaction.
