Pemberian Biofungisida Plus Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Tanaman Kelapa Sawit Tahap Main Nursery Yang Diinokulasikan Ganoderma Di Medium Gambut
ABSTRACT
Oil palm is a leading plantation commodity with high economic value and significantly contributes to national foreign exchange. However, oil palm seedling cultivation faces challenges such as limited fertile growing media and disease attacks, one of which is caused by the fungus Ganoderma boninense, leading to basal stem rot. This study aims to examine the effect of applying biofungicide plus, containing Trichoderma virens, on the growth of oil palm seedlings at the main nursery stage inoculated with Ganoderma in peat medium. The research was conducted experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five biofungicide plus dosage treatments: (T0) = 0 g, (T1) = 25 g, (T2) = 50 g, (T3) = 75 g, and (T4) = 100 g, with four replications. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, bulb diameter, root volume, shoot-to-root ratio, and seedling dry weight. The results showed that the application of biofungicide plus had no significant effect on all observation parameters, with the best dose providing the highest results being 100 g (T4).
