Pengaruh Komitmen Profesional, Lingkungan Etika, Sifat Machavellian Dan Personal Cost Terhadap Intensi Whistleblowing Dengan Retaliasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Di Kota Pekanbaru)

This study aims to examines the effect of proffesional commitment, environmental ethics, machiavellian and personal cost on Intention whistleblowing, and Retaliation as Moderating Variable. The sample of this study was internal auditors of 39 banking companies that listed in the Pekanbaru city, which selected by purposive sampling method. This research use whistleblowing as dependent variable, professional commitment, environmental ethics, Machiavellian, and personal cost as independent variable, then retaliation as moderating variable. Analitycal technique used by multiple regression analisys and was verify by SPSS 20 version software based on data that taken by quationairs. The results show that professional commitment has effect whistleblowing intention, environmental ethics has effect whistleblowing intention, Machiavellian has effect whistleblowing intention, personal cost has effect whistleblowing intention. And retaliation has moderated the effects of professional commitment, environmental ethics, machiavellian, and personal cost on whistleblowing intention. Based on the results, it can concluded that all of hypothesys in this research was accepted. Keyword: Whistleblowing , Commitment, Environmental, Machiavellian, Cost, and Retaliation.
